What is The Malta Catering Expo?

The Malta Catering Expo is Malta’s main culinary event, in association with the Malta Chefs Society, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in the catering industry by Malta’s leading suppliers. This year’s edition includes The Good Food Festival – a celebration of all that’s great to eat and drink.

Malta’s own conference centre, MFCC (Malta Fairs and Convention Centre) in Ta’ Qali, becomes the venue in which Malta’s culinary world is brought to the fore, with a chefs competition, exhibition area and conference platform.

Every 2 years, Malta’s main chefs battle it out to win the highest accolades within the catering industry. The competition, that is spread over 4 days, is called Malta Kulinarja, and is organized by the Malta Chefs Society.
